    Does anyone know if the book, Golf Club Fitting & performance, is sold in Europe? (better yet in the Netherlands)

    If i look on the internet i can only find it on sites that deliver in the U.S. or Canada (or you have 2 pay for the transport oversees, and the price goes up by at least 100 dollars), and i really want to buy this book :-)
