There is no range for any particular category. You can look at the database and the C-Dimension number and get a better idea, I think, on how that dimension translates into playability. The C-dimension is the measurement from the hosel centerline/ground line intersect point to the horizontal cg dimension ground line point. The blade length would simply be from that same point (hosel centerline/ground line) to the point where a vertical line from the ground line would touch the furthest point on the toe. Generally speaking, longer blade lengths / c-dimensions translate into higher playability. Not always the the case due to the other key factors (vertical cg, rearward cg, MOI). I could probably come up with a range of c-dimension lengths or blade lengths designs that you might put in the categories you describe, but not sure of the value of doing something like that. One players midsize might be another players “players” length, and visa versa. As far as TM and how they measure, not sure, but the correct way is the way we do it. My conversations with them over the years indicates to me they do it the same way.
