We have been fortunate, to a degree. We have been able to continue to ship web orders and ship them, while maintaining the health and well being of our employees, which is our priority. Because we supply goods and services to home based businesses, we have been able to continue. This is according to the Ohio Department of Health and the Governors orders. We have been visited, inspected and due to our actions to provide a safe environment to our employees, given the green light to continue operations. We have reduced staff and many of our admin staff are working from home. Sales are down slightly, as you would expect, but not as much as we all expected. All categories are being ordered. We are fortunate that we had bulked up inventory for spring, as we always do, and were (and are) well positioned with most products in all categories. There are a few gaps in delivery of merchandise to us from vendors, but for the most part we are still receiving merchandise. Some manufacturers are completely shut down. Once current inventory from these vendors runs out, it may be a while before we receive more. On core items, we are in pretty good shape.
We are fortunate as well that our factories are continuing to produce our club heads and shafts and we received our first shipment of the new ST Series and the new M890 Series will be shipping in mid May. We are working to change, wherever we can, our supply chain and working with vendors on alternatives that allow the flow of merchandise to continue.
Again, we are fortunate that we have been able to continue to keep many of our staff employed, and grateful to our customers to continue to support us during this unusual time we are in.
Thanks for the question, and thanks for the support.
