Hi, I probably could have called customer service to ask this question. But it is after 11pm and I don’t want to forget the question, haha. If I order the club pak of KE4-Tour irons, can I request 1/2″ cut off each iron? And would the lie angle automatically be adjusted, or would I have to request the specific lie angle? (I wouldn’t know how to calculate it) so I’m hoping you guys could adjust the lie angle according to the shortened length.

Also, with the shorter length,would that make the shaft play stiffer? Thanks for any replies!

We can build the paks to any custom length you request. So yes, we can build the irons 1/2″ shorter than standard. Lie angle can also be adjusted, but understand that lie angle should be fit dynamically and just because you make the club shorter does not automatically mean the clubs should be made 1 degree more upright. We can bend them that way if you want, but we would prefer to have you indicate the lie angle you want. If you want 1 degree upright from standard, indicate that on the order. The shaft will not play stiffer at 1/2″ shorter length. It will play to it’s designated flex if you do nothing to the head weight at the shorter length. If you want to add some weight to the head to maintain the swing weight at the shorter length, the the shaft may actually play slightly more flexible. At a 1/2″ shorter, you would need to add approximately 6 grams to the head end of the club to maintain the swing weight at standard length. We can add 6 gram tip weights during assembly or adjust weights on the heads (on our KE4 S and KE4 Tour+ irons) if you want. You would have indicate that you wanted us to maintain the standard length swing weight at the shorter length.
