I am looking at re-shafting some iron heads with KBS .355 tip shafts, I have both .355 & .370 ferrules in different lengths, when I put the .355 ferrule on at the mark for depth, it is very tight. Should this be somewhat loose? The instructions on the site say to apply a small amount of epoxy to hold the ferrule in place.

This is my first time at re-shafting so I really want to make sure I have it correct and fit it right as I don’t want them to come off at the range or worse, on the course! Embarrassing & dangerous.
