Have you had a chance to measure the Cobra F7 yet? I am curious how it compares to the F6.
The Forged One Length preliminary MPF number is 603, putting it in the Game Improvement category. The King Forged Tour preliminary number is 566, also putting it in the Game Improvement category. All of the Cobras this year, with the exception of the Forged CB, were in either in the Game Improvement, Super Game Improvement or Ultra Game Improvement categories (King OS was in the UGI category). The Forged CB preliminary number is 409 points, placing it in the Conventional category. No surprise, as it is a short, pretty thin sole blade with a long hosel.

I do have the preliminary MPF numbers on the Cobra King F7. I am assuming you want the King F7 “Tecflo” and and not the One length King F7 head. I actually have them both and they are very similar. The King F7 Tecflo came out to be 768 MPF points, which puts it in the Super Game Improvement category. The ‘One” length King F7 was 784 points, also in the Super Game Improvement category. We would consider the difference statistically insignificant. The major differences in the two is the loft (King F7 26 deg #6 iron and the King F7 “One” 29 degrees of loft) and the weight. The “One” length head is about 7.5 grams heavier as well. Hope to have the final results done in the next few weeks, but they should not vary from these much at all.

Britt, do you have the Cobra Forged One Length and Forged Tour versions for measurement?
