When removing the shafts from my Wilson Staff Fluid Feel irons (circa 1968-1972), the plastic dampeners deteriorated and cannot be reused. Does anyone know how to replace these when re-installing new shafts?
We use to sell the red and the black plugs, but you can’t get them anymore. You can use Silicone paint plugs or rubber paint plugs. You can search and possibly find those online. We have not been able to find a red plug that was close to the Wilson red, but we haven’t looked extensively for them. We have been using black when the need arises.
