I’ve had good results with the multi tool cleaning up and polishing iron heads. My customers love the end result.

When I branch into sand blasting, will Iit have a significant effect on groove sharpness.

How much effect sandblasting would have on the grooves would depend on what material you use and how long you sandblast. For most of our sandblasting we use a medium grit aluminum oxide but with some clubs we might use silica sand which will not remove as much material. The effect of sandblasting on the groove shape and edges would be minor in most cases.
