Having just put UST Recoil F3 65s in my Apex 21s(.370), I am looking for a reco for wedges. Currently gaming all VOKEY 48 F, 54 S 58 T at .355. There are 3 different graphite wedge shafts ranging 75, 95, 105 respectively. ( all different oem). 7 iron swing speed avg 78mph. Only use the 48 at full swing. The others are half to finesse..

I assume you are wanting to stay in graphite, but not sure what weight you are wanting. There are no wedge specific graphite shafts we carry anymore, but any graphite iron shaft within the weight and profile range you want will work. Most S flex graphite shafts other than the Recoil 65 you have in your irons will be heavier. There new Recoil HDC and new Recoil ESX have similar weights in the S flex, the HDC being a mid trajectory shaft and the ESX being a high trajectory shaft. The REcoil 65 you are playing is a mid trajectory shaft. If you are looking for heavier graphite like the ones that are in your Vokeys now, there are multiple options. Maybe look at SteelFiber, Mitsubishi MMT, KBS MAX and others. Maybe with a little more information on what exactly you are looking for in the wedge shafts I could be a little more specific in any recommendations I might be able to make.

Hard to find a high trajectory heavier graphite option that are taper tip. Recoil DART 90 or 105 are are taper tip and are listed as mid trajectory shafts. Other than that, SteelFiber would be the only one and in the S it is considered a low/mid trajectory shaft. I don’t pay much attention to the “trajectory” listed when talking about a wedge application. Loft and technique controls the trajectory on wedges much more than any shaft dynamics will, so those shaft could work. Only way to know is test.
In steel, there are a lot of options that are heavier, all mid or low/mid trajectory. There are also lightweight steel shaft options that may not be wedge specific but can be trimmed for wedges, of course. Nippon NS PRO 8950 GH in the taper tip is a high trajectory 103g Stiff flex option (NP0005), so you could take a look there.

I was looking for something heavier in weight. I have a graphite design 75, Accra 95 and axiom 105 currently. Was looking at something around 95 grams with a higher flight and more spin. Thanks
