Looking for a little help understanding a recent driver demo.

I’ve been fit to various x stiff drivers for last 4-5 years. I recently demoed some of the bigger name drivers in their 5 Stiff variants (assuming that’s a <60g shaft) and have been hitting the ball pretty well. Much straighter flight, more of a tight draw. I was shocked how easy I was able to keep my swing speed in the 109-111mph range with much less effort.

Since doing that I noticed how difficult it is to swing my normal driver. Is it time to retire the x stiff? Luckily I play the Maltby driver and can easily switch to something lighter to go through a few trials.
