recently bought a set of Kirkland Signature right handed reg elevate 115 gr Steel shaft
I am à 8 hdcp and i need some advice as to know which shaft i should
Usé to replace them. I find them top heavy.
My swing speed is around 85 mph and i have à tendecy to draw the ball rarely silice.
I am 67 years old, in good physical shape and to give you an idea of my distance
I hit 160 yards with a 7 iron with my Ping G710 reg 2.0 Steel shaft.
I lire the feel of forged club so i would lire to have suggestions of which shaft
You think i could use and then i Will ordered them from you.
I had reçoil graphite reg shaft before on a set of Callaway x 18 set and the feeling was pretty good

Have no data o an Elevate 115 g steel shaft, so can’t compare to it. Not sure I understand what top heavy means, but obviously something you want to change. If you have tried the Recoil product and liked them, and are OK with graphite, the Recoil product is a good one. There are numerous options to consider, but since you have tried that one and it is a quality shaft, that is what would make sense in my opinion. You did not list what weight option you tried, so you would have to decide what weight option. The Recoil Dart shafts are available from 65 grams to 105 grams.

As far as steel shafts, the Nippon Pro Modus comes in weights from 105g to 130 grams and are very good shafts. I am similar in age, hit my 7 iron 165 and lay the Pro Modus 120 Stiff. I have hit them all and any would be a good steel option to consider.

As far as your comment about liking a forged club, not sure how that applies as the Ping is about as far from a forged club as you can get. If you’re staying wit the Ping, the Recoil or the Nippon should work fine. If going to a forged iron of some kind, the same. Either type of shaft fit to your specs should work.
