I prefer the consistent weights of .355 iron shafts, but I see very few available in the Custom Shop. Curious why that might be, and whether or not I can still get Custom Shop benefits if I were to go through Customer Service to request a .355 version of the shaft? I’m interested in testing the waters with the KBS PGI graphite in a TS3 6 iron…would prefer .355 version.

Shafts that offer both .355″ and .370″, we usually just list the .370″ as the option., You can absolutely request a .355 in the note section, or if you’re more comfortable, call in the order and our staff will get it done. .355″ fit in all of our irons and wedges, most are universal hosel, but even those that aren’t we can shim, which is a totally normal thing we doo all the time.
There are some processing reasons we can’t list the .355″ in the club builder (the way they show up in the cart), but we are working on it. Basically it has to do with what length iron goes with what number club. Not all .355″ offerings are the same, so it’s difficult to make sure the correct discrete lengths get pulled for the order. Our guys are great at checking and making sure the right shafts get pulled. We just have to work on getting the order process to work the right way for every possible .355″ sku that could be an option.
