I have a TC Pro IST 4H and I’m thinking of going with a different shaft and maybe trying the current shaft in a TS-UI 4I. Would it be direct swap in terms of length or will it play shorter in the TS-UI?

Bottom of the bore to ground line on the TC Pro IST 4h is approx. 1.278″. Bottom of the bore to ground line on the TS-UI 4i is approx. .803″. So yes, by taking the shaft out of the IST hybrid and putting in the TS-UI, it will play shorter in the UI by approximately .475″.
