Helium is the softest overall profile. Core Blue 50 R would be the closest, but much more a traditional R flex. The Helium is definitely on the soft side of R flex averages. Core White 50 R would be a little firmer than the Core Blue and the MPR Pro Series+ would be the firmest of the 4, but still solidly within an R flex range. The Core Blue 50 A flex and the MPF Pro Series+ 50 A flex are both much closer to the Helium 50 R flex than the R flexes in those shafts.
