Wondering if I can disassemble the SWRM and maybe move the bubble level slightly to correct for a slight error.

Unusual that the bubble level would be off. Can you send a picture so we can see exactly what your seeing? It might be possible you can correct it, but need to see what you have. Is this a new unit or one you have had a while?

Thanks Britt, will do. Scale is brand new, purchased from Golf Works, arrived last Saturday. Perfect condition, great packaging with no damage, no complaints there. Leveled the scale on my Sjobergs Work Bench (a very flat surface) using the bubble level, then verified it using 3 different torpedo levels. In all cases the torpedos indicate a slight tilt downward towards the basket end of the scale. Flipped the torpedos 180 deg to make sure they were consistent and not giving false readings. When I level the scale to the torpedos (Milwaukee, Empire, Klein models) the bubble of course shows out of level in the direction of the basket. It’s only off by about 1/16 to 1/8 of an inch, which made me think maybe I can shim the bubble level. I see a cap nut on one end of the scale, but didn’t want to look inside without consulting first.
