Got fitted into a new driver. Hit it very well with this shaft.

My only issue is how it looks, there is something about red I don’t like in a shaft. Crazy I know but it’s the only thing holding me back from buying a brand new driver…

Spec was 60g Stiff. Are there any shafts that would play similar to this?

105mph swing, quickish tempo and fight a cut. This shaft and head combo (g430 max 10k – sorry Britt!) Was the straightest I have ever hit a ball.

Would appreciate any thoughts…

You ever heard of shaft skinz? I had a buddy try these years ago and they looked ok. It probably would’ve been better turn out but I think the skin got to hot. He used a heat gun

Of the shafts we have in our database, and there are still quite a few we have not tested yet, I narrowed it down to three, none of which are exactly the same profile as he HZRDUS you are trying to match. One is the Diamana D+ that is the several generations ago model we still sell exclusively from Mitsubishi. Similar butt and tip stiffness, slightly more flexible in the mid section and 66 grams vs 62.5 grams in the HZRDUS.

The Kuro Kage Silver 60, again a Mitsubishi product, is overall slightly more flexible in profile, but due to it’s geometry actually has a deflection number that is very similar and it has an identical balance point to the HZRDUS.

The last one is the KBS Tour Driven (TD) 60 Cat3 – S which is very similar in butt and tip stiffness, very slightly more flexible in the mid section and very similar in the deflection stiffness profile.

There may be others, but based on what we currently carry and have data on, those are the best I could find.
