How far can you bend TS3.5 heads for loft?

I just built a TS3.5 five iron with a Maltby MPF Pro Series+ shaft. During the very first test drive on the range today I was impressed.

In looking at the lofts for the 9, PW, and AW, I would like to bend the heads -1, +2, and +3 respectfully. These changes get the heads closer to current set but still stronger.

I built a TS3 five iron with a Fujikura Vista Pro shaft and discovered I was loosing about 2 ½ yards of carry distance.

Can this be done without snapping off the hotel?

I bent a GW stronger 2 degrees so that i could get rid of my PW, and it increased offset too much, and looks hideous. Then i hated it so much

With the right equipment, technique and experience, the TS3.5 irons can be bent comfortably +- 2 degrees. An experienced person might be able to get 3 degrees, but no guarantees. Remember, for every degree you change the lofts, you change the sole angle the same amount. If you go stronger, the bounce is reduced. If you go weaker, the bounce is increased.
