i love my TS4 irons. I have G-5i, and I hit them very well except for the 5i which I struggle to get good height on. I was wondering if the TS3 would help? Or maybe a lower kick pt shaft (I have the score in my irons)? Driver ss around 90, handicap 3.8 for ref
You could try the TS3 #5 iron for sure. It has a slightly lower actual vertical CG and might be easier to hit than the TS4 #5 iron. I have had others do the same. You might want to get the TS3 #5 iron bent 1 degree weak (move it from 25 deg. to 26 deg.) to match the loft of the TS4, and that will also help with the trajectory.
I think it’s worth a try and a good strategy for what you’re need is with that club.

Over on another forum there’s been several guys building sets that are TE+ in the long irons and TS4 in the short irons. They blend in really nice.
