We don’t really distinguish between Ladies and Men, but a 1B2M MPF would be the most flexible option of shaft designed for slower swing speeds. “L” flex traditionally meant Ladies flex, but most refer to it now as “Light” flex. Some companies are even calling it R3, where R2 would be an A flex (traditional designation for Seniors flex). It’s all about the swing speed and tempo of the player, mainly, not the gender or age of of the player.
