Recently getting back into golf after about a 10 year hiatus.  I purchased the TS3 5-GW and I currently have a 54 and 60 degree cleveland cg15 wedges.  The 54 has a 12 degree bounce and 60 has 6 degree.  For the life of me, I’m battling tons of issues with consistency with them.  I’ve been trying to follow some tips from Joseph Mayo on chipping, but recently it’s been a lot of shooting the ball across the green with my chipping or just going long.  I realize lessons is probably the best answer here, but I’m also worried about my gapping.  I’m hitting the gap wedge about 90-100 yards.  My 54 full swing I’m lucky if I get 60 yards and the 60 I shouldn’t be full swinging, but when I’ve had to it’s maybe 40 yards worth of distance.  I’m thinking that getting a 52 and 56 degree wedge would work well with the 48 degree GW from the TS3 set.  I’m just trying to figure out what grind type would work best for me.  I’m in Wisconsin so soon I won’t have any open courses to work with, but generally speaking the courses I’m at are either hard as can be or very soft.  Any advice would be appreciated I could definitely provide more info as needed.
