Hey, I’m looking for some guidance.

I’m a 36 year old, 5 HC, strike the ball pretty well and just looking for a change that’s not going to break the bank.

My current gamers are the Srixon z785, project x 6.5. I hit 7 iron around 180y.

I love the irons because they feel good forged club but are a little stronger lofted too for a little extra distance.

Loving the look of the Maltby iron range. But I’m being drawn to the te+ v4 as I like the look and they’re the same loft as my current gamers – that said I can’t find many reviews and the reviews I do find are from higher handicappers and I’m not sure if it’s relatable.

Anyone got any insight or recommendations for me?

The ts4 also looks gorgeous but I’ve played blades before and whilst not against them – I’m not getting any younger so something on the more forgiving side would be nice. The look of the ts3 doesn’t appeal to me – a bit too much cavity for my liking.

You’ll likely get a more in-depth response from others and Britt, but from my understanding they are all going to play similarly for a low hcp golfer and to get the head that appeals to you the most. I’d fall into the high hcp range and ordered a 6 iron KE4 Max, TS3 and TS3.5. On the SIM the TS3.5 seems to be the way I’m leaning but want to hit them off grass before making the call. Could be worth experimenting with a couple clubs to decide, then sell the ones you don’t choose. That’s my plan.
