Britt, I am curious what your thoughts are and/or experience is with building a MOI matched set of clubs vs a swing weight matched set?

You say :” The problem with MOI matching is that there are multiple ways to MOI match a set”
Same for swingweigth !
And, clearly, there is absolutey no physical / ballistic logic in swingweight matching… The contrary is true when same swingweight matched, each iron of a set feels differently.
Now, tour player are there to help large golf clubs manufacturers to sell their products. And those guys, though they know MOI is better don’t want to assemble their set this way, as it more complicate and because, as Nike told Tom Wishon “we fear that we would take a commercial risk, as golfers are used to say their irons are D3, or so, and would not understand why it changed to “your MOI is 2635 gr-cm², or so”. Then where they to say “sorry, for years, we assemlbed our sets the wrong way”, that would be kind of an enormous blow to their reputation.
