Hi,  I have been researching shafts here and on the Golfworks website.  I come across many answers from Jim when comparing shafts like “A is a little stiffer in the butt than B, but slightly weaker in the mid, and the tip is…”. Good information, but what does it all mean?   I understand tip stiffness, softer goes higher, butt is stiffer, goes lower etc.  (I think).  With all 3 variables, it’s hard to decipher and determine how one will play against the other.  Is there a simple explanation or primer to understand all this? And is the shaft by shaft data available?
thanks,
