There are a lot of factors involved, not the least of which is how you, or any player, will swing two clubs of different builds. Subtle differences in the feel of the clubs can cause subtle changes in the swing action that can effect results. That being said, assuming you can swing perfectly the same with each, same attack angle, same strike with the same speed, my gut (and experience) tells me you will hit the TS1-IM with the Score Shaft higher. The DGS300 is one of the lowest trajectory shafts on the market and yes, the shaft will have more influence on the launch angle in irons when there is such a vast difference in the two shafts you are comparing. If you were comparing the two heads with the exactly the same shaft in each, then you might see a very subtle, small, maybe not even noticeable difference in the trajectory based on the small variation in vertical cg. The difference of .082 in the vertical cg is not much. The greater the difference in the vertical cg in the same shaft scenario the more it may contribute. Loft is the major factor in trajectory. Since the lofts are the same, the shaft flex and overall shaft profile would be the next most influential factor. Actual vertical cg and rearward cg location would be the next, more minor factors.
