Forgive me, I just want to make sure I am understanding this right. I believe I received an incorrect sleeve as well. Based on LaiTsi325 comment about spinning the sleeve left to read his, and the image on the website, it looks like mine is backwards too. Assuming the N is in the correct neutral position I just need to turn it to the H position to get my desired loft (-1′) and face angle, right? I didn’t think it looked open when I adjusted it but I thought maybe I was imagining it. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.

If the N is in the neutral position, with the mis-marked adaptor the H would need to be to the right to get to your desired position of -1 deg., or where the L is in the picture to the far right. It’s exactly opposite of what it would normally be, which is like the picture on the right.

I know it’s confusing. Let me know if that is not clear.

That answers my question. Thanks. I changed it last night and it did look better to my eye. Here’s hoping I keep it out of the driving range to the left of the first fairway this weekend!
