Just to let you guys know there are some adapters in the wild that have the wrong collar on them after laser etching. You can see the adapters are RH, but the collars go L – N, and then H – N, to get the same slanted tilt on the adapter.
Can we get clarification on which is the correct RH collar progression?
We caught the error early in March but some of the new adjustable fairways were received with a mis-marked adaptor. The correctly marked adaptor, when viewed from the heel side upside down with the sole pointing up, and the dot in the neutral position, the “L” should be on the right and the “H” on the left. The factory inadvertently marked some LH adaptors as RH. We have checked all stock and corrected any that we found. In your picture, the one on the right is correct. The mismarked adaptors still work, it’s jus the H”” means “L” and “L” means “H”. Of course we can send you correct adapators, or replace the head completely if you prefer. You would just need to contact our customer service, tell them you discussed with me and we will get it corrected.
