I hit my 7 ironabout 130 to 135 yards. what shaft is appropriate for me, regular or senior?
Just based on the yardage you list for your #7 iron I would say you would be in an A or Senior flex. Obviously there are other factors, but just based on the yardage of your 7 iron, look at A flexes, R2 flexes. Some companies call their “A” flex a an R2, but it’s meant to be a “Senior” or A flex.
