More detail would help on exactly what Nicklaus driver you have, but I am confident the tip diameter you need for the Driver is .335″. As far as a model of shaft, whatever fits your game. Any .335″ shaft should fit the hosel. On the Hybrid, .335 is not common for tip diameters for hybrids. Most are now .370″. That being said, the Maltby MPF Fairway (MA0290) shaft can be sued for a Hybrid. The Kinetixx Fairway shaft (PK0110) cold also be used. The head weight of the hybrid would dictate how you would trim it, but both have the same trim code and trimming 1″ from he tip and then to final playing length from the butt end (after installation) should work.

That’s definitely a problem, only in that you won’t find any .355″ tip wood shafts. You can use a .335 with a shim with no problem. Gives you a lot of options. Our SHIM-15 would be a shim that should work. We also have a BB9018 Universal Plastic shim that should work as well. Both state that they are for using a .335 shaft in a .350 hosel, but should also work for the .355 hosel.
