I have a Ping Heppler putter that has the adjustable sleeve built into the grip. Is it possible to repair replace this part or would this have to be sent in to Ping for Repair/Replacement?

Impossible to know without seeing it, but I would suggest sending it to Ping. If there is a part needed or something we don’t have to make the repair, we would probably just send it to Ping anyway. I would call them to see if they can repair it.
