Hi, it says to

Note any special assembly request such as adaptor setting position and shaft logo up or logo down position in the “notes” section at checkout.

I wanted to get the irons bent a bit flat, but not seeing any notes section anywhere. I thought it used to be on the pak selection page. Am I missing something?

If you’re ordering the Pak and want it assembled you have to get all the way to the checkout page before you see the “Order Notes or Order Comments”. If ordering through the custom club builder, there is a box that says “Product Notes” after you select all your options. If ordering just the head there is the “Order Comments” box at checkout.
