I had to repair a club for a customer. After disassembling it, cleaning up the mess from previous work, and test fitting the shaft; the fit was very loose. It was a TT taper tip shaft and the hozel bore checked .382″. Are these heads for taper tip? I used a brass adapter shim to improve the fit.
