I’ve hit the TS1-IM and I don’t remember a distinct sound with that head. Feel and sound go together imo and if it feels firmer you’ll likely think the sound is higher.

When you say the ball is drawing is it starting to the right of your target and going past the target? or is it more straight at the target and going to far left?

The finish and look will be ruined (in most peoples eyes) but hey it’s your money do what you want with it. I found the same thing with the head. Trying to open it or manipulate the face was not good...

You could go with 3/8” gaps between clubs very easily with that setup. I build my personal sets like this and for me they’re easier to hit.
