need more info, is tip size .355 or .370. also, what model shaft - there are several. Generally if .355 probably not, if .370 - maybe. Again, more info will help.

I've played several Maltby irons over the past few years. Prior to that several Golfsmith irons and woods. I've also played Callaway X2 Hot in graphite and currently play Callaway Rogue irons with graphite...

Universal - should accept either .355 or .370 (like several of the Maltby Irons) https://www.golfworks.com/images/art/PXG.pdf

Just a comment/speculation as I don't want to step on your question and prevent more knowledgeable individuals from posting... I would believe that different shafts have different load/unload effects....

Not sure if this is applicable in your case but... I recall a lot of Golfsmith heads had weight ports at the bottom of the hosel. I would ensure no weights are installed, and if so remove them. I would...

thanks to all who offered advise. What I was able to do was pair a 6 gram lead weight with a 2 gram lead weight. I drilled out the two gram weight so the shank of the 6 gram weight would pass through....

I'll post as a comment so it won't stop a more credible answer. 1st thought is there a restriction, old epoxy or spacer. 2nd idea is this a blind-bore head (shaft doesn't actually go all the way to the...

Puring finds the most stable plane, regardless of the spine and flo oscillations. Just because the POP is at a certain point, it doesn't mean it extends through the shaft 180 degrees. The puring folks...

Won't work. Inside diameter of the shaft is to small (4mm) to accept the tip weight. It also increases the cost of the build by $25.00

It depends on the swing weight you are trying to achieve. Using a 50 gram grip and 45" driver length, you would get approximately a D0 swing weight. If you're having Golfworks do the assembly, you could...

definitely need to do it by hand. A T-Handle or the "extractor" tool work best. I prefer the T-Handle: https://www.golfworks.com/heavy-duty-chucking-handle/p/gw0118/
