I am replacing the graphite shafts in my i525 irons with the Mitsubishi MMT .370 shafts, I know about halfway down the hosel tapers.
Would you bore the heads or reduce the tip. Keeping in mind the MMT have medal mesh tips.
You have to bore the heads. MCA makes the MMT in a taper tip and we could special order them. The cost on the taper tip is higher, $75.00 each vs $60.00 each for the parallel tip .370″. Boring the head for the parallel tip is no problem if you have the ability or know someone that can.
