I believe the newer standard length chart from Golfworks has removed the steel specs for woods. I can’t find my old ones. Can you confirm if it’s basically:
1/driver- 43.5″
3W- 42.5″
5W- 41.5″
7W-40.5″
And so on. I imagine you would adjust length based on swing weight and fit.
Basically what you listed is close, but in Ralph’s original book on Design, Fitting and Repair he listed 43″ as the standard driver length for a driver, 42″ for the #3 wood, 41″ for a #5 wood and 40″ for a #7 wood. Could have varied from manufacturer to manufacturer slightly. In the 70’s Wilson was making them the lengths Ralph listed, and in the 90’s they were making them the lengths you listed, based on their History catalog.
