I’m thinking about swapping TS3 heads out for the TE+ … specs seem similar regarding bore depth but I don’t see a hosel length spec for the TE+ on the website. How much, if any, of a difference would the final club length be?

Did a quick measurement on a TS3 #7 iron and the TE+ #7 iron and there is about a .040″ difference in the bottom of the bore to ground line, the TS3 being .040″ less than the TE+. This can vary slightly from iron to iron within the set and due to slight tolerances in bore depth measurements.
So if you take the shafts out of the TS3 irons and install in the TE+, the playing length on the TE+ should be that difference longer since you are gaining the approximate .040″ bottom of the bore to ground line distance.
