If I buy 1-2 different model 7 irons to try out and then decide on a PAK for one of them, would I get the PAK at a rate that is discounted for one iron and they can send me a full PAK minus the 7 iron?
Can this be done online or would I need to call/email to get the discount and removal of the 7 iron?

That is a good question. Also, some of us use Maltby hybrids for our 4-5 irons and buy new models periodically. Also sometimes we use a standalone wedge instead of the set gap wedge and we buy these regularly from Golfworks also. But many of the pacs are 4-pw or 4-gw when we only need 6-pw.
There are some options on the pacs with score shafts but none on the kurokage shafts. Customer service will not give the pac price for a non-standard pac.
