I purchased a LH STW driver head for my daughter. R flex shaft but cut down to be a 43″ driver, she is short but athletic with a swing speed measured around 85. I need to add weight to the head to bring the swingweight up, what is the most weight I can add to the weight port without causing other issues. I can make a weight to fit at my shop.
It comes with the 8gram weight and we have weights up to 14 grams. So you can add 6 rams by just changing the weight. If you need to add a little more you can use head tack and simply put some inside the head (access in the weight port under the screw) I would not suggest putting a lot of head tack in the head, but 2 – 6 grams more would not be a problem and will not effect performance in any way.

I was thinking it was the new STw wood, not the previous generation. No weights in the first version, but you can remove the rubber tungsten pad weight and underneath it the screw hole gives access into the head so you can add head tack. Sorry for the confusion.
