I have owned many sets of Maltby irons over the last 15 years. All have been very good to excellent. About a year ago I bought the STi club pak with Kuro Kage R shaft assembly by Maltby two degrees upright. Love them and still play them a couple times a week  The sand wedge in the set is one of the best I have ever owned.

So, a month ago I purchased the STi OS club pak with Kuro Kage A shaft and assembly by Maltby at one degree upright. My  thinking was that as I got older I could hit the A shaft a little higher and further plus the OS head looked interesting .

These clubs are terrible! Every shot goes wide right with low flight. No distance maybe twenty yards shorter than my STis. What might be wrong and what can I do?

Appreciate any comments. Thanks
