I was about to make an order with a irons Pak that I had in my cart but noticed it was no longer there. I re-added the irons Pak but now there is an assembly fee of $40. I was about to order but this threw me off. It was for LH Sti2’s 4-GW. Did that suddenly change? Hoping this changes back before I order.
The new MPF Pro Series + shafts are a completely new design. The changes are NOT just cosmetic. I designed them to be more true to flex, not as firm overall, as the previous version. Testing was great with the new design and they should be easier to fit and fit a wide range of players. Also added the X flex in some of the options.

There are now assembly charges for our club packs. $10.00 for individual clubs and $40.00 for sets. Simply put, with costs of goods and labor still on the rise, we had no choice. We probably should have done it last year. Still, if you look at the pricing on the packs, even with the cost of the assembly, the value is as good as anything you will find. I understand FREE is better from a customer standpoint, and we could have simply raised the price on the components more than we have had to to cover it so we could still say FREE, but didn’t want to do that.
Again, I do understand the disappointment, if that’s the right word, about the assembly charges, but it is a business decision we simply had to make. One point that will be asked is if assembly charges will be added to the custom club builder, and the answer is no. The reason is those components that go into the custom builds are being sold at retail, not discounted to begin with like the pack components, so we are able to not add assembly charges to the custom club builder assembled clubs.
Hope this explains why and I would hope it doesn’t keep players from still taking advantage of the club paks. Still a great value.

Just ran into this when I finally went to buy the TE+ pak yesterday. I had been going back and forth for a couple weeks trying to decide which pak to get. Sucks that my indecision is going to set me back and extra $40 lol
I noticed this as well. I am pretty sure this is going to be the rate going forward. While it does suck $40 is still a decent price for assembly. FYI the new STi2 cosmetics are coming out soon and look fantastic you may want to hold off until those are available.
I heard the MPF will be the same and it’s just cosmetic for the newer version. If there are big changes, I might just wait for that. Hoping we know more soon since I’m wanting/needing to order soon.
