The current MPF DR shafts generally play firmer than other shafts in the same flex. The Blue Board R flex is softer throughout the profile tan the MPF DR R flex. The S flex in the Blue Board is closer to the R flex in the MPF DR. the Graphite Design Tour AD TP in S flex is very similar in profile. it is very slightly firmer in the tip section, but not much.
We have re-designed the MPF Pro Series shafts for 2025 and they will be more traditional in their flexes, meaning that all the flexes will be closer to the averages for flex designations (A, R, S, etc.) across the shaft industry. The current MPF shafts in the DR, FW, HY and IR are generally firmer. The UL woods are more in line with the industry average range for flexes.

That is the type of information I was looking for as I’m familiar and have used that shaft in the past. Thank you. Would you say that’s the closest shaft match in the bend profile database?
