When comparing sole width and bounce for irons and wedges, how does one benefit a golfer over the other? I’m asking because I was looking at ordering MAX wedges and wasn’t sure which sole width to go with. I’ve always heard width helps prevent digging by allowing the club to bounce off the turf but I’ve also heard where a narrow sole helps the club get in and out of the turf without getting stuck. Sounds the same to me but there has to be a difference. Very confusing concepts for me.

Also, are there any plans for DRM finish on the new MAX series wedges or a Tour Grind MG revamp with it since the MG’s and M+ came with the DBM finish? The MG’s were always my favorite and worked well, I just wish I could bend them for lie angle.
