I was looking to see if there were any updates on the DRT wedges that are replacing the old MG’s. Are they forged? Are they bendable unlike the MG’s? I think there was 15 loft/bounce options. Still the case? I used to play the MG’s and then was enjoying the MAX Milled for a while but ended up swapping to a more “blade” style wedge in a different brand that aren’t forged and they just feel “clicky”. I’d love to get back into some soft Maltby’s.
And, Britt, I took your advice from March this year. Swapped the TS4 9/PW to TS3 to help with turf interaction. I play the Golfweek AmTour and have worn ’em out with the closest to the pins and skins this year. By the numbers, I’ve got double the overall birdies from last year with more tournaments to play. Approach game is on point now. Now if I could just keep my ball in play off the tee with 115mph clubhead speed I might be able to make a score. Been spraying it way too much. You guys do an amazing job there at the Golfworks.
Hi Britt, my MG wedges are due for replacement and can’t wait for these to be launched. For grainy bermuda turf what do you think will be the best grind for a 54 and 58? I would use both clubs from bunkers so need some bounce but don’t like wide soles.
