I am thinking of trying the Golf Pride Tour SNSR grip and have struggled in the past to remove the Super Stroke grip.
What is the easiest way to remove the shaft and drop in one with the new grip?
Much less time consuming to remove the grip. If you want to save the Super Stroke grip, the V-groove grip remover we have works pretty well. On our You Tube channel we have a video about saving grips. At about the 2 min. 12 sec. point there is instruction on using the V-Groove grip remover. Super Stroke grips are difficult, even using this method, but they can be done. If you want to remove the shaft, you would need to heat the shaft tip until the epoxy bond is broken. Then, you would need to clean the post thoroughly of an old epoxy residue. Then you can install a new shaft using one of our epoxies and the proper procedures for installing a shaft.
