It’s all done. Ferrule is perfect, and the whole thing looks wonderful. Now, what do you guys apply to shaft and head to remove oily finger marks, and the likes, as a finishing touch?

I leave the plastic wrap on new clubheads during the build. If it’s a repair job, I always start with my simple all-purpose cleaning solution (which I make with alcohol, water and dish soap.) Cleans very well. If I’m dealing with anything sticky, I use grip solvent or goo gone, then clean with my all-purpose cleaner. Micro fiber cloths are the best to do the final cleaning. I do that kind of stuff, if necessary, when I install the grips. A clean shop rag, dry or having absorbed a bit of solvent, usually does the trick. If the heads are not new; I clean them prior to assembly.
