Three of the four 52 deg models we carry have 8 degrees of bounce. The M-Series + has 6. The Tour Grind, the FGT and the new TSW all have 8 degrees of bounce on the 52. Would like to understand why the fitter recommended that much bounce on a 52. If you have a steep attack angle and play in mostly neutral to soft turf conditions, maybe. In my opinion, based on my experience as a player, clubfitter and designer, 10 or 11 on a 52 would be a little much. 8 degrees of bounce on a 52 is enough to give you good turf interaction in a broad range of turf conditions. Sole width matters too and the wider the sole, the less actual bounce you need. If the sole width is moderate to thin, you can get away with a little more bounce, but if the club is primarily for shots from the fairway, you want the sole angle to be conducive to those tighter lie conditions. That means 8 degrees or less of bounce. Again, my opinion.
Hope this helps.

I do have an upright swing which I assumed factored into it. Looking at the WITB Vokey sends out its interesting the combos, 46/10, 52/8, 56/8, and 60/10 this week. I think I’ll try a 52/8 as you suggest, I only use the club from the rough usually.
