Looking for opinions. Which is better(easier to use on the golf course) Accros or Shot Scope? I use SwingU app and it works fine but it takes too much fiddling around with my phone while playing golf. It’s fine for getting yardages but for tracking shots it’s a pain in the rear!
I used Golf Pad without tags and later with tags for years. I reached a point where I didn’t want to fiddle like you and went to tagging clubs. Even tagging became a distraction. A couple years ago I went to a Shotscope V3. For me it has been turn it on and go play, plus there’s no subscription. It might miss a shot or two during a round but that’s it. You have to review putting after the round but you have to do that with all of them due to GPS accuracy. I have my eye on Shotscope’s V5 but really don’t need it. The V3 has been rock solid but the addition of hazards and hole view have me tempted.
