a friend and I are considering a shaft swap, both shafts are reg flex but his is a 1/2 inch tip trimmed. can anyone please let me know how much this will firm the shaft up. thank you
Depends on what kind of shaft it is. Steel? Graphite? Very generally speaking, 1/2 tip trim would play approx. 1/4 flex stiffer in a steel shaft. In graphite, it can vary, but I would say 1/4 flex stiffer as well.
