Iron shafts in Harry Taylor wedges have 2” between bumps. Can you recommend a similar shaft that you sell?

Checked with Jim, our resident expert on all things shafts, and in our many years of experience with steel shafts, the only shaft we know of that had or has 2″ steps is a True Temper Command shaft. I doubt that is what they are because the Command is a commercial grade steel shaft, not a premium steel shaft. Could be, I guess, but would be surprising if that is what they were using. Could be a proprietary shaft they source somewhere that we are not familiar with. Based on that, we couldn’t really recommend anything similar. Also, we do not know if those wedges use a .355″ taper tip shaft or a .370′ parallel tip shaft.

Thanks, Britt. Very informative. Doubt that the Harry Taylor folks will be as informative.
