I know it comes in 10*, but I know there is an variance  where it can come in 9.5 or 9 or 10.5..

I know its not a iron, but is it possible to bend it stronger.. and if you could would that open or close the face?

I’ve got a pretty extensive shop and it’s nothing I would attempt to do. Titanium is pretty brittle and I’d venture to say it would snap.
I know Tom Wishon has/had a driver head that could be bent, had a pretty long hosel. The TC has all of about 1/2″ to grab onto, and haven’t seen a bending bar that could work with that. Additionally, to hold the head you would need a pretty extravagant clamping device to avoid crushing it.
Think you would have a better chance of changing loft by modifying the adapter instead.
As far as what happens to the face angle, the chart should give you all the info you need: https://www.golfworks.com/maltby-ke4-tc-adjustable-driver/p/ma0309/
Also the Q&A that follows should give you some excellent info also.
